Stone Fruit With Cinnamon

This jam is sweet and has that warm buzz cinnamon gives everything it meets.  Many of our customers were skeptical to try this jam, but it's become a best seller and doesn't stay stocked for long.  It's delicious served with roasted meats, but if you're a baker, it's perfect for filling cakes, swirling into cheesecakes or baking into hand pies.

Ingredients: peaches, plums, nectarines, sugar, lemon juice, ground cinnamon

How to Use:

• Make Bon Appetit's Winter Shortcakes with Whipped Cream
• Make Dorie Greenspan's Jammer Cookies
• Mix in with roasted sweet potatoes right out of the oven
• Serve on crostini with goat cheese
